The hotel offered us free water bottles, toiletries, and a kettle with tea bags. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful when we needed them. The hotel was also located near the metro station and some popular tourist spots.
There were some issues with cleanliness in our room. We found some dust and a dirty towel on the first day.

A 10-minute walk is all what you need to get to heroes square. Free parking & FRIENDLY staff. The hotel was situated right by the Gtu bus stop, just 5 minutes walking distance.

Location very close to Technical University. Room was good sized, it was enough for me. It's worth staying here and exploring Avlabari district. No complains at all with the hotel: D

The room was clean and cozy, which made our stay more comfortable during the New Year's celebration. The location was perfect for us as it was close to all the attractions we planned to visit. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who provided us with valuable information about the area.
Our air conditioner malfunctioned early on our trip, leaving us with a freezing room that took more than a few hours to fix. This was frustrating and made our first day less enjoyable.

We had a great stay! The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and they spoke English fluently. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary facilities such as a kettle, tea bags, and toiletries. We were pleased to find that the hotel offered transportation to and from the airport and that the location was convenient for accessing different parts of the city.

This hotel is great value for money and the rooms are clean and spacious with helpful staff who offer airport transfers. It's conveniently located near public transport which takes you to the heart of the city. The toiletries provided in the bathroom were very comprehensive and thoughtful.
It would be beneficial if the hotel provided 3-pin converters for charging devices as many laptops require this type of connection, but the sockets are only 2-pin.
